Cresswell Towers Holiday Park is a beautiful three-star Park Resorts destination found a short walk from the sandy beach and dunes of Druridge Bay, on the spectacular Northumberland coast. The park is open all year and offers a range of modern, well-equipped holiday caravans for hire. Guests looking to make this beautiful section of the English coastline their permanent retreat will also find a number of holiday homes for sale at the site.

A wide range of facilities and activities are provided, ensuring that guests never have to venture away from Cresswell Towers Holiday Park should they not wish to do so.

The heated indoor swimming pool at the park is always busy, while the Water Resorts Programme offering organised activities is a big feature of the day at the pool complex. While there is plenty of time and opportunities to enjoy free swimming and splashing around, the Water Resorts Programme is a range of activities and games in the pool that everyone can enjoy, and many of them are excellent for younger children looking to increase their confidence in the water.

Elsewhere, there is an excellent children’s play area, as well as plenty of open spaces where the whole family can enjoy ball games, or the adults can relax while keeping an eye on their little ones as they run off their energy reserves. There is also a games room with amusement arcade machines and other fun things to do.

The sports court always has a game of football taking place, with organised events and competitions held throughout the year. Archery is also offered on the field with professional tutors helping guests discover an exciting new hobby and maybe even get an archery certificate and qualification.

If Mum and Dad are looking for a break from the children for a few hours at a time they’ll be delighted with the Park Resorts Children’s Club Programme that runs at the park. Clubs are offered for all ages, from under-fours right up to age 13 and above, with a range of activities offered, from plays and performances to sports and arts and crafts.

As well as the children’s clubs, family activities are held across the park during the day, including adults and children painting and making craft items together, as well as treasure hunts and quizzes. Guests can also enjoy character breakfasts and character experiences with Sparky’s Krew, the collection of colourful mascots that are a feature of everyday life at Cresswell Towers Holiday Park.

At the end of a fun filled day on the park, guests can shop at the on-site Nisa Convenience Store to pick up something to eat and other essentials, while the Tower Tavern serves excellent food and drink, with a menu tailored towards families.

Live entertainment is provided throughout the year, with professional singing and dancing performances as well as traditional holiday park fun such as quizzes, bingo, karaoke and more.

Away from the site, guests have six miles of beautiful sandy beaches to explore, just a five minute walk away, while there are plenty of places across the local region for fishing, golf, pony trekking, and other outdoor activities to be enjoyed.

Cresswell was a great base to explore the surrounding area. Druridge Bay was especially nice to visit and we were impressed at the number of castles and areas of interest.

We loved the woodland setting and thought Cresswell was a naturally beautiful park. The view from our caravan was really pleasant.
