Lovely site, really well maintained. Great flat pitches with plenty of space between neighbours.
Toilet and shower blocks are spotless even later in the day, which is a credit to the wardens who live on each field. We chose to stay on the quiet pitch and it really was peaceful. Rubbish bins were plentiful, which is always good and even the washing up facilities were spacious and clean.
Food on site was practical and cheap and the chinese takeaway is really nice.
Small shop on site which is not too over priced considering it's a captive market.
With the leisure site next door location is great and the beach is only a short walk across the road. That said the new swimming pool developement looks like making the swimming (which used to come free for campers) now a new expensive addition to the holiday.
Kids can't wait to go back next year though which says all I need to know.

We were all very pleased with Unity Farm, the pitches are a nice size, the fields were flat the shower block was clean pleanty of hot water, and what i liked there was a toilet, sink, and pleanty of room in the shower cubical. The larger in the club houses wasnt the best, but good entertainment. The costcuter super market sold everything you could want.we were all pleased and will be going back.

We decided to extend our season into November this year to visit the Carnivals at Bridgewater and Burnham on Sea
There had been prolonged heavy rain but we were unaffected because we stayed on a hard standing complete with its own ehu, water and drain.
The site roads are tarmac so there was none of the mess and sliding around usually associated with bad weather touring, the clean toilet /shower blocks were heated very well and there was free hot water.
There are bars, free swimming, a large amusement park for children and a 18 hole golf course adjacent to this site and there are always bargain breaks to be had.
Couples over 50 can take advantage of the Gold breaks where 10 nights costs £90, there are themed breaks for country music lovers and always lots for young children and teenagers to do.
Our stay for 4 nights cost just £55 and this price included a loyalty discount of 10% and a further 25% because there were only the two of us.
Recommended for those who like a lively active holiday
