We have visited this park several times now and are booked again for this year. The touring and camping pitches are a two separate ends of the park and we always book on the lower end near the facilities/swimming pool etc.

The pitches are large and spacious with plenty of room for car, caravan and awning. You book a pitch so know where you are going in advance. The hard standing book quickly and the grass can become boggy at the road edge when there has been alot of rain but the pitches themselves drain well.

There are the usual fresh and grey water taps/disposal and a chemical emptying point which are well maintained and accesable but there is only 1 per field which can make it a bit of a trek from the more distant pitches.

The washrooms are clean and warm if a little dated but fine for a site of this type and there are never queues.

The main pulling point for this site are the excellent facilities. The free pool is lovely with regular family sessions with floats. The restaurant is good value and there is entertainment in the evening if that's your thing. It's not like a haven or similar where it's teaming with people and holiday camp ish, it's a friendly welcoming site with facilities.
