The friendly Holiday Centre located on the beautifuly rugged Solway Coast. Catering for static caravans, tourers & tents with Cottages and Caravans for hire.
We boast our own Leisure Centre with Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Soft play, Amusments and large Bar/Resteraunt which is host to regular live entertainment.

Touring facilities.
The 'site' is nothing more than a bit of waste land located behind the swimming pool, views consist of silage mountain and an abandon caravan, or two rows of terraced houses, or more attractively the rear doors and rubbish bins of the swimming pool/leisure centre. Toilet facilities are 'basic' and dirty, and in the evenings these act as a meeting point for the rowdy and cheeky kids/teenagers staying in the static caravans in the other half of the site.
Be very aware there are no hard standings on this 'site' and when it rains (which it will as you are in the lake district) EVERY pitch bar none floods leaving you basically stranded, even the track into the site floods, BE WARNED YOU WILL NEED WELLIES as the whole field becomes a mud bath.
There is no atmosphere on this site and far as i can see no reason to stay here,there has been no effort to make this a pleasant place to be, no plants or trees, no drainage, not even a proper track let alone road, it is as a fellow camper described 'VERY PRIMITIVE AND A DISGRACE' we stayed for three days as we had already paid in full on booking but will not be returning everyone else we spoke to were of the same opinion and all agreed they would not be back.
