Owner's description

A quiet family run camping site in the middle of Rhosneigr. Pitches for touring vans, campers and tents.
Toilets, showers, hot and cold water, shaving points, tumble dryer.
Plenty of space on site. Electrical hook-ups.
The village of Rhosneigr is situated on the western coast of the picturesque island of Anglesey in North Wales. Bodfan Farm is a quiet, family run camping site close to the sea, with wonderful views of the Snowdonia mountain range. The area is ideal for those who enjoy coastal and marine life.

The area has magnificent landscape and should not be missed!

Bodfan is a great basic site, good hot showers for 20p.last for ages. Very very clean toilets with a good supply of loo roll always. Friendly helpful owners, Great views to Snowdonia and the sea. If the Welsh weather was always good , there is no better place to be. No lager louts or trouble makers here. No arcades or money making scams, just a lovely peaceful friendly place.
July 2006 cost £10 for two people and a dog in tourer, £13 with hookup. No set times to leave the site, pay Alwyn in the mornings when he comes around about 9.30. Best to reserve hook ups, but loads of space on seperate fields. Five minutes walk to great beaches, the lake, good pubs with food ,the chippy, and the local Spar. RAF Valley can be a bit noisy , but a great place for the aviation enthusiast, if you are lucky the Red Arrows visit here often. Well recommended.

We have been visiting this campsite for 25 years and still haven't found anywhere better for a family holiday. The facilities are being upgraded all the time, and while we appreciate a simple holiday ourselves can understand why the electric Hook ups and improved showers etc are popular. It's a great location, very close to the beach and Lake. Scenery is breathtaking. The family also work hard to keep the site clean and inviting.
