This is a really friendly site,
Easy to get to, excellent clean facilities - shower blocks and toilets very clean.
Very convenient location for some excellent walks and villages/sites.
There is an excellent farm walk for the younger children (my niece and nephew loved it).
Big trampolines also popular with the kids.
Pitches are level and a good size.
Have been there three times last year and am going back again this year. Thoroughly recommended.

Have visited Parkers 4 times over the past 4 years. I would highly recommend the family atmosphere, you are made to feel like a friend, not an intruder on their park (as some parks do!). Good central location as a touring base, easy access, very clean toilets/shower rooms, good pitches,(they don't mind you picking your own), will definately go again in the future.

City dwellers who want a break in the country can get a taste of the real farming life at Parkers. The site has a rural feel and borders a farm and the atmosphere spreads over the hedges and into the grounds of the park.

The site is set in beautiful rolling countryside and nestles on the corner of Dartmoor. All the pitches have 12-16A electrics and are on level terraces looking out towards the moor. The adjacent farm runs regular free tours of the cowsheds, farmyard, milking sheds and hen houses. Naturally, it’s a real winner with children who can get as much hands-on experience with the animals as they want.

The site also has play areas with large trampolines that are a huge hit with oungsters. Parkers is also well prepared for dog owners who can make use of a number of designated walks and special dog-friendly areas have even been set aside in the on-site pub – which also has a play area for children. Evening entertainment is provided every night in high season, and in low season quiz nights are held.

While the setting is rural the washing facilities are anything but. There are two blocks on-site and they are both modern, clean, warm and comfortable. This includes a family room, a disabled bathroom and laundry facilities that are capable of removing even the most stubborn of country odours.
