went with grand kids been before with own kids was brilliant the pool is magic and so much to do a couple of things though the security are more like nightclub security and not holiday and there was one from workington was a real pest i managed to stop myself from telling him where to go the chip shop needs to be sorted out absolute vile they need to put more heart into making food for people who spend there hard earned cash instead off just putting it out like slop be ashamed staf other than that what a holiday be back soon.

We spent the Bank Holiday Weekend at Flamingoland with 6 other families, in tents, and we all had, adults and children alike, a fantastic time. We arrived Saturday morning and stayed for 3 nights. The cost was very reasonable and included electric hook up as well as entrance to the theme park and zoo, the whole time we were there. The toilets and showers were clean and there is an excellent indoor swimming pool. There was never a dull moment, always something to do and see and we will all definitely be returning.

We have been going to flamingo land theme park and zoo for about 5 years now and we have always raved about it to friends and family so i thought i would share our thoughts with you.
My husband and i go with our 3 children aged 12,13 and 15, so you can imagine that three nearly teenagers are hard to occupy, but flamingo land keeps all of them and us happy ! After breakfast we all go to the theme park and get on the rides first as the buses haven't arrived yet, then at lunch time we go back to the caravan for a spot of lunch then its back to the theme park and zoo. Then the children go to the swimming pool on site and then get organised for the evening entertainment. There are two big clubhouses that we can use which have different entertainment on each night and a disco for the young ones. We usually stay about a week which gives the children plenty of time to go on all the rides and see the zoo. If you fancy a day of rest from the theme park, Scarborough and York are not that far away so its ideal for a starting point to tour round the area. Highly recommend this site if you fancy a holiday without having your teenagers moaning !!!

We've stayed here many times both in our own caravan and in rented statics over the years when our children were younger. I am always recommending the site to people with families as there is so much to do and see - day and night! Now it's time to return with our grandchildren - and won't we enjoy oiurselves!!!
