Ive just come back from the isle of wight camping
stayed at a gorgeous site near shanklin.
massive pitches with plenty of room for the kids, there two beautiful ponds for fishing in and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Theres foothpaths that take you into the nearby woods and its only 10min cycle to the beach , mostly on a bridlepath.
Theres 2 seperate camping areas, one for dogs and one no-dogs. I would reccomend if you dont have a dog trying to book for the orchard area as its a little nearer the pool
free showers which i was told is going to be upgraded soon.. would def recommend

This is a great site divided in to by 2 fishing lakes ,wide open fields and large plots makes it feel spacious even when full. Good clean toilets and showers .
Stayed last year when we had all the rain but fields stood up well to all the rain.
Good outside pool and 2 great childrens play area make it ideal for families.
Close to shanklin and sandown for typical family seaside fun ,also close to plenty of attractions if weather is poor.
Would reccomend to any one looking for a great family site.
