got back from withernsea sands on the 9/8/2010 after a long week end camping very disappointed with the site touring pitches very uneven only one shower block for all tourers and campers water was cold and queues were long touring pitches were crammed even though we were given a safety card saying there had to be at least 6 mtrs between units by law because of fire hazard we were struggling to get cars in and out we thank god we were there for just the week end the conditions spoilt the brake. will never return B Foster.

We visited here for a quick get away for the weekend and had a great time even though the weather was windy and raining for most of the time. Entertainment was great and bar prices not too bad. The only down side was the toilet block nearest to us could really do with been updated altough it was clean and on arrival the receptionist told me they had run out of welcome packs. When I asked about the weekends entertainment I was told to look at the board and was not offered any site maps so we could make the most of the facilities on site such as the pool and entertainment which was on offer everyday for times ect. But other than that a great time was had and would return again for a short break.

I found this camp site really good. I loved every minute it has good entertainment and the teamstars are really energetic and funny. The camp has all the facilities and is a fun holiday for people of my age group. There is always something to do and i was never bored.

Good Points: The pool complex is excellent.
BAD Points: We camped on the touring part of the site and it was a nightmare because of the other holidaymakers. Night after night drunks from the static vans were shouting and bawling for hours seemingly outside the tent. We phoned security and they would come down talk to the people then leave where upon the noise would continue! The male toilets were completely trashed one night and despite being informed and coming to look, nothing was done for 12 hours. So no showers and a long trek to the other touring toilet black.

It was our start experience of camping. But it was made easy by the friendly park maintenance man Ken, he couldn't off been more helpful. The park was clean. There is a indoor swimming pool and the tents are all situated around a children's park. We enjoyed it.

Wow what a difference. I have been coming to this park for years and I am amazed at how much development has been undertaken.
It now has a new pool, club, shop, laundretteand reception.
You have to visit it for your self
