Owner's description
Situated on the east side of Fraserburgh known locally as the Broch, overlooking the Esplanade and large beach included in the marine conservation society's good beach guide are golden sands that stretch round the bay to the Waters of Philorth and its Nature Reserve. To the west side are industrial properties and fish processing factories. Short walk to shops and hotels in the town.
