Arriving at Lomond woods and collecting keys I notice the traffic noise on the main A82 then I was knock back when they asked for a £50 deposit Which they would of kept if the caravan didn’t come to there approval because the caravan was inspected on leaving which was disgusting as we was left waiting like naughty children why a member of staff went to inspect the caravan we are both in are sixties we didn’t needed to be treated like this . The other point was the Gates was locked at 10 pm and not opened until 9 am the good point was the caravan was immaculate and the staff was appreciable and friendly.

Property manager response (28 Mar 2010)

Thank you for appreciating the quality of our caravans, the housekeeping and our staff. We do our best to maintain our holiday homes to a high standard and our security deposit helps to ensure that our visitors take care of our accommodation. Information regarding security deposits and security gates is all included on our marketing leaflets, website etc and printed on the visitors confirmation. Any problems regarding these points are normally highlighted prior to or on arrival when we are able to make special arrangements.
