Clea Hall Holiday Park is a small, family run collection of owned holiday homes. Located in northern Cumbria, it's a great place for families to enjoy a home away from home, and is open throughout the year to ensure guests can take advantage of the location whenever they wish.

The park is nestled in a quiet location, yet only five minutes from the nearest village, and 20 minutes from the M6 motorway offering easy access to the rest of North West England and beyond. The beautiful Lake District National Park, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only a short distance away.

Clea Hall offers a peaceful retreat for guests to relax and unwind as well as the opportunity to enjoy the landscape and activities on offer in the local area and beyond.

Facilities available include Wi-Fi, library, laundry and a playground. The onsite Tavern Bar serves a range of local food and drink.

The Lake District boasts a range of activities and attractions all year round. There's something for everyone! Naturally, the lakes are popular throughout the year offering an array of activities from gentle lake cruises to water sports such as sailing and canoeing. Hiking remains one of the biggest draws with some of England’s most famous fells a short distance away. Tackle some of the famous summits or simply amble amongst the rolling hills. And after a day exploring there are plenty of options when it comes to resting those weary feet. From award winning pubs and restaurants, to coffee shops and tea rooms. And when it rains, dig out your waterproofs or head to the many indoor attractions such as the Lakes Aquarium, Beatrix Potter’s House, Dove Cottage and Rydal Mount.

Away from the Lake District, guests at Clea Hall will find plenty to do in the surrounding region. The Cumbrian towns of Carlisle and Penrith are great places to spend a day, while on the coast Maryport, Whitehaven and Workington have great beaches and offer terrific views out to sea. A short drive north allows guests to encounter the Scottish Borders and Dumfries and Galloway regions, while to the south the Nidderdale and Forest of Bowland Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are both amazing places to spend a day with the family.

If you'd like to buy a holiday home in the Lake District, Clea Hall is a stunning location, in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the UK. Find out more about The Lake District with our sister site Practical Caravan's Travel Guide to Caravan Holidays in The Lake District.
