A message from the Management:
A lot of work has been done to this site in the past 12 months. A new General Manager was introduced in 2010 and the site continues to improve. Additional investment in the touring field and main site facilities has seen it keep it's 5 Star Tourist Board Rating.

thia was my very first use of a tourer caravan and my second site. i found this site ideal in all ways and it has given me the enthusiasm for touring. the facilities were clean, warm and very adequate. the staff were very friendly and helpful. my stay was relaxing and theraputic. i found loads of places to visit not a million miles away and i would certainly use sunnydale again. if these standards are the norm for'parksresorts'then i would certainly recommend them.
: September in 2010This park resorts has not be planned with toures in mind so beware?
Two taps for the touring park but you cant get near them for caravans, You have no chance if like me you have a on board tank.
The brosure states toilet/shower block? butyou have to go across to the lesuire center a walk of about 500 yards to use the ones there?
I cant say i was inpressed with the pitches the way they are layed out makes it difficult to get your unit on.
In fact we were so unipressed with this park after paying £30 a night we didnt stay..
We made a complaint to the duty manager at the site and also Park resorts head office email address, plus I have written to them.
Having used Park Resorts for many years and having taken my children and grandchildren to eight other locations ,this was without a doubt the poorest one for tourers.
I am not saying this isnt a nice park for statics , but not for tourers.

Would highly recomend this site. A very pleasant holiday, the site is very clean and all the staff were a freindly bunch and actually seemed to enjoy working there. There is a swimming pool, fishing pond, play park, pub with bar meals, kids club and entertainment. We have a 5 year old and he had a great time, although proabably not the best choice if you have teenagers. We have stayed in newer caravans however it was very clean and had everything we needed. there is pleanty to see and do in the area, but you need a car as the local public transport is limited. Very relaxing and peaceful, definetly going back.
we want here last week end
the park was well kept/clean
and the staff was nice/helpful
only down falls where:the touring area was a mile away from the blocks, only 1 water point that was at one end and EVERY caravan had at least 1 dog next to us there was 2 big(donkeys)barking all hrs there was no dog area they just went were ever(up our caravan/windbreakers)
but other then that it was a nice park
and the beach is not far away(recommed)if you go here park up and take a walk down the beach you will come to a small lakeing pond with boats/swans and a fun fair that is only £2 for all day great for the kids best of all there is a splash zone(outdoor water fun)and its FREE
it was that good we are going back this week end but to another park(without dogs)lol!

Sunnydale sits on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire coastline in a region that is incredibly popular with holiday makers. The park itself has quality written all over it. Modern well equipped caravans, a superb leisure complex incorporating an indoor pool and well maintained park grounds.
