7 Lakes Country Park

Season 1st March - 1st January

Owner's description

7 Lakes Country Park is a stunning collection of owned holiday homes situated just outside the town of Scunthorpe.

The tagline of the park is ‘turn your free time into holiday time,’ and when you own a holiday home at 7 Lakes you can do that at your leisure. There a number of options available to those who wish to purchase a holiday home. Almost all of the developments are overlooking one of the lakes or other stunning scenery in the surrounding area.

7 Lakes is family friendly and pets are allowed, so you can literally take your whole life for a weekend or during the school holidays and transfer yourself to this great location. The country park features seven lakes – the clue is in the title - that can be used for jet-skiing, fishing, kayaking or windsurfing depending on the conditions. The private nature of the park means that you are never competing with anyone for space other than fellow holiday home owners. 7 Lakes also features a private, on-site golf course that can be enjoyed whenever you want, while there also a number of beautiful beaches around the shores of the lakes.

The Lakeside Bar and Restaurant offers a great range of food and drink, while regular entertainment takes place at the adjacent function suite on a daily basis. A children’s play area coupled with the acres of open space makes this park ideal for a break in the Lincolnshire countryside.

Great transport around the park means that both Scunthorpe and Doncaster can be reached easily inside the hour, where a full range of shopping and leisure facilities await anyone looking to spend a day outside of the park itself.

If you are looking to buy a holiday home to use throughout the year, then 7 Lakes Country Park is definitely a location worth considering.

6 Feb 2013: Belladonna from Yorkshire reviewed 7 Lakes Country Park

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful park at the weekend and can only say was a pleasure it was to spend the afternoon with the staff. On arrival we were greeted with a smile and invited to join them for a drink and a bite to eat whilst the details of the way the park is run was explained to us. We then were taken on a tour of this fantastic park I have visited a few parks whilst lookiing to buy a caravan and can only say that this park is by far the best we have seen The whole site is well kept and presented and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All our questions were answered and everything explained to us before we had to make a decision We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and cannot wait to move in to our caravan when the park opens at the beginning of March. At no time did we feel presurised into buying and the sales team took time to find out what was important to us to ensure that the caravan and pitch we chose were suitable to us as a family Once again thank you to the staff for an enjoyable experience Roll on March
