Mobile Homes have long been living in the dark ages. You know the image: a typical cold, wet miserable summers evening stuck in a shanty tin-can that seems to leak more rain than is pouring outside. Bunmahon is a superb all round beach in which everyone will find something they love. It is almost 2.5 kilometres long, set in front of a thin band of sand dunes with pebbles at the top and fine dark sand down to the waters' edge and with a small river at the left hand end.
