Yeatheridge Farm Caravan and Camping Park was included in the Top 100 Sites Guide 2014, put together by Practical Motorhome and Practical Caravan magazines.

Yeatheridge Farm is a family-run working farm and campsite located in the beautiful Devon countryside. We cater to caravans, motorhomes and tents. We also offer a range of caravan holiday homes for rent. Our scenic holiday park is ideally located to explore the two national parks near it. The historic city of Exeter is also close by.

There are 100 pitches on this campsite, including 10 hardstanding. Electric and drinking water hook-ups, waste water drainage and a TV aerial connection are available for an additional charge on our fully serviced pitches.

An ice pack freezing service, Calor Gas and Camping Gaz sales, a battery charging service and a payphone are available from the on-site shop. Fishing supplies are also stocked in the shop and you are able to fish for free in the two lakes on site. A laundrette is also open to guests and has washing machines, tumble dryers, sinks and ironing facilities.

We are a dog-friendly campsite and the site has an exercise area in which dogs can be let off the lead. Dogs are also welcome to be off lead once off the farm.

The site contains a fully licensed bar and restaurant providing evening meals and drinks. You can also take food away to eat on your pitch. We have a range of heated indoor swimming pools suitable for all ages and swimming abilities. The park includes a children's play area.

There is a selection of great walks through both the woodland and riversides around the farm. These fantastic walks allow children to explore the naturally beautiful surroundings of the farm.

Devon and its many attractions are all conveniently nearby, so keeping the family entertained is easy. Exmoor Zoo, The Milky Way Adventure Park, Devon's Crealy Great Adventure Park and The BIG Sheep theme park are all great days out for families with children. There is plenty of historic and natural beauty on display such as Arlington Court near Barnstaple, Exeter Cathedral, Watermouth Castle and the biggest island in the Bristol Channel, Lundy – sitting 12 miles off the coast of Devon.

There are riding stables on the farm. We offer 45-50-minute rides costing £9 each. For younger children under 11, there are rides around the park facilities priced at £3 each.

i have been using yetheridge for many years,i store my caravan there at a very reasonable price, and once a year it has a wash.the site is very friendly the owners are always at hand and very helpful. the amenities are very good the shower/toilet blocks are very clean and in the last 2 years have had a face lift, it has a bath and disabled facilities, and also family showers and small kiddies toilets, there is also a dog shower. the shop stocks most things you need, has a good sized pool and slide. there are fishing ponds with ample fish to catch, and horse riding, also there is several childrens play areas which have also had a face lift, the only thing which would make it better would be hard standings and better roads around the pitches. im off there again next week as its so relaxing.oh and the club house is great and serves amazing food, and the sunday lunch is a must.

This site deserves good feedback. It is very friendly clean well organised and most importantly safe! Also it has two fishing lakes nice walking areas filled with wild life. It is not too commercialised but has a shop on site a bar and resturant games room and swimming pool with water shoot. Childrens play areas and horse riding facilities for novices. The toilets and shower rooms are excellent and cater for every one including disabled. Everyone wants to visit the site again and again! I would reccomend it for anyone especially families.
