Riverview Caravan Park is an excellent resort, set on the banks of the estuary of the River Tay and offering exceptional views of the surrounding area. Riverview Caravan Park is situated a short distance outside of the town of Dundee, and is open from early March until the end of January. This five-star rated holiday park offers something for all holidaymakers. There are fully serviced touring pitches for travellers bringing their own motorhomes and caravans, while there is also a small number of holiday homes that are available for hire. Riverview also hosts a number of outright owned chalets and holiday homes, giving the park a real welcoming, community feel all throughout the year.

Whatever you are looking for from your family holiday, you will find it here at Riverview. With acres of open spaces and a children’s adventure playground, younger members of your family will never find themselves at a loose end. There is also a games room in addition to fitness facilities for adults, with a gym, sauna, and steam baths available for guests to use at their leisure.

The park sits nicely between a beautiful beach and the championship-quality golf course at Monifieth Links, and is only a short walk away from the centre of Monifieth itself, where you will find a supermarket, shops, and a number of excellent pub and restaurant facilities.

Away from the immediate vicinity of the site, there is much to do in every direction. The beautiful east coast of Scotland, rich with woodland, beaches, and golf courses, is perfect for exploring, while opportunities for fishing abound almost everywhere you look.

Alternatively, you could head towards the Highlands looking for family pursuits, with the usual options of walking and mountain biking complemented by other exciting activities such as climbing, abseiling, and archery in selected areas.
