A clean site, with good washing and laundry facilities, and friendly staff. However, it is weighted heavily towards statics, and they seem to be adding more. The area left for tourers and tents is small and very crowded. It is also a very long way from the facilites, which would be a real problem at night if you don't have your own sanitary facilities. It's not cheap either, as it seems to be the only site in the area.

The new owners of this site are spending some money on it as it appears the previous owners let it go. We went in October 2007 and had a wonderful weeks holiday. We stayed in our touring van and our friends in one of there statics. It is very central for site seeing in the area. We would stay on there again when we next go back to Scotland as it is a good base.
