This is a site that we visit every year as it really is our favourite site.
The wardens are always really friendly & helpful & always there for advice.
The site is immaculate & very well looked after. The toilet blocks are also very clean & well maintained. However on this visit (Easter 2011) one of the toilet blocks was closed as it was having work done on it so it was a lot more busy in the one toilet block that was open especially with all the bank holiday weekends...but this is not typical of our other visits.
With only a couple of grass pitches the others are all hard standing which makes it a great site to use all year round whatever the weather!!
There is a small dog walk whihc is ideal for our small dog but not if you want to exercise a big dog but there are plenty of walks around the area to tire them & you out!!
The site is ideally situated to walk in to the lovely costwolds village of Broadway, as well as close enough to visit other towns by car/bus such as Evesham, Stratford, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water.
It is most definitely our most favourite caravan site & well worth staying out.

Broadway Caravan Club site is situated in the Cotswolds about ½ mile from the village with which it shares its name.
The site itself is set on two levels and has 115 pitches of which 112 are hardstanding, the upper level of the site is alongside the disused Gloucestershire and Warwickshire railway line and the old goods shed has been transformed into a shower and toilet block and also contains a dishwashing and veg prep area.

The lower area and main part of the site is served by a second larger toilet /shower block which again contains dishwashing and veg prep but also a laundry facilities, baby and toddler and disabled facilities.

The pitches on the lower level are large to say the least and will easily accommodate the largest of caravans and motorhomes, service points are situated on each level of the site and at the amenities block, there are also motorhome service points on both the upper and lower levels smaller pitches are on the upper level of the site along with the only grass pitches, tents are not allowed at Broadway.

There is a good sized children’s play area on the lower level and a small but adequate dog walk on the upper level.

The reception also doubles as a small shop selling fresh eggs and milk and newspapers to order, next door to reception is a well stocked information room that will supply you with all you need to know about the attractions in the local area.

Broadway village is a short walk away with its mix of shops and pubs and there are plenty of footpaths in the locality for the more energetic to explore, a good walk is up to Broadway tower and country park which overlooks the village.

Also in the area is the National trust property of Snowshill Manor, the Cotswold farm Park and the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire steam railway which runs from nearby Toddington through to Cheltenham Race course and at present work is going on to extend the line out to Broadway although that may be some time away.

The site is open all year and no matter when you visit you will find ample to fill your time at Broadway.

My favourite UK combined location and site. Only tp be bettered by a Centre Parks type place! Broadway is a gorgeous Cotswolds village and only 5 mins walk away on a nice lit road with footpath etc. Nice pubs (though The Swan has an awful table booking process but great food) and the most wonderful site and facilities. If this had a pool and consistent 100 degree temperatures I'd want to live here!!

When reviewing this site and adding a star rating it's useful to start with whats missing. You quickly realise nothing is and it can only be 5*. Great staff, great toilet and shower blocks, great pitches, ample room, secure, lovely village, loads of hardstandings with tv points and electric. Water and waste nearby.. recycling facilities.... the lot. So many wonderful attractions nearby too. Cotswolds, Stratford, Warwick, Oxford, Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester etc etc etc.

I'm not sure you can ask for anymore this really is the perfect site and should be used as a benchmark for all those other sites who don't quite make the grade. Thanks to all at Broadway you do a stunning job. 10 out of 10 (from a person who works in the service industry and is normally frustrated and dismayed by the service offered to caravaners at sites and when storing, insuring etc). I'm sat on this site writing this now. I'll spend a lot of time here this year.
