Visit Wales and stay at The Little Paddock, a beautiful family holiday destination in a semi-rural location occupying three acres close to the north Welsh coast.

Guests with touring caravans are welcome at The Little Paddock, while there are also a number of excellent park homes for anyone wanting to make this part of north Wales their regular family getaway location.

The park has 30 pitches for touring caravans, which are all well sheltered and nicely spaced to ensure guests have their own personal area when staying at the site. Hardstanding pitches are available, while 24 of the pitches are serviced with electric hook-ups. Water points are situated across the park for guests to use when they wish. In addition, seasonal pitches are available.

Facilities available for guests to use during their stay at The Little Paddock include a clean, modern shower block, a laundrette and a caravan waste point. Wi-Fi internet is also available and there's a small children’s play area, too.

This is a dog friendly campsite, however dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and kept under control while at the caravan park – please also remember to clean up after your dog.

The centre of Kinmel Bay itself is just over a mile from this touring and holiday park, so all your essentials are nearby – there's an Asda supermarket even closer, so it's really easy to top up your groceries when you're self catering. And with shops, banks, a post office and a range of bars, pubs and cafes, you will find everything you need here.

Drive across Foryd Harbour Bridge which connects Kinmel Bay and Rhyl, crossing the River Clwyd, and in just 10 minutes from The Little Paddock you'll be in Rhyl. This seaside resort town in Denbighshire has a famous beach that families will love to play on. Visit Rhyl East Beach or tour the SeaQuarium, or maybe a show at the Pavilion Theatre appeals.

While enjoying your holiday here, you might like to go to Bodelwyddan Castle and Park which is less than 10 minutes by car from The Little Paddock. Here you'll find an elegant building, an art gallery, a museum, play areas and more. Like castles? Rhuddlan Castle is also less than a 10-minute drive from this touring park.

If you fancy a round of golf, Rhuddlan Golf Club, Rhyl Golf Club, Abergele Golf Club and Kinmel Park Golf are all well within a 20-minute drive of this park, so you've plenty of choice. In addition, a little further up the coast in Penrhyn Bay, you could enjoy golf with a sea view at Rhos-on-Sea Golf Club – and it is still just 20 minutes by car from this park.

As The Little Paddock is only about a five-minute drive off the A55, it's well placed to help you explore further afield on your caravan holidays in Wales. Jump on this A road, drive west and in about 15 minutes you will be in Colwyn Bay, another seaside resort where you'll want to take time to enjoy the beach. There's also the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Porth Eirias Waterfront Complex and much more.

The Little Paddock is a small but welcoming touring park, great for a break in North Wales.
