The campsite is open from early April to early November every year, and is a family friendly and dog friendly park welcoming non-members as well as members of the Caravan Club. The site has 138 pitches in total, mainly accommodating caravans and motorhomes, but there are also six pitches suitable for tents. Mature woodland surrounds the park and offers shelter in both the summer and the winter, while the adjacent Vineyards woodland is a pretty place to spend time.

Also in this area is the city of Worcester. It's about a half hour drive from Tewkesbury Abbey Caravan Club Site and boasts an impressive cathedral which, like Tewkesbury Abbey, dates from the 12th century. You could also visit the Royal Worcester museum.

Alternatively, head south to Cheltenham, which is just under a half hour drive away, and enjoy a day at the races, or maybe time your visit to coincide with the annual and well regarded literary festival.
