A delightful mix of Blue Flag beaches, peaceful coastal towns and villages, heaths & woodland, and the unique character of the Norfolk Broads, makes this part of Suffolk a real holiday treasure of the East Coast.
North Suffolk is a haven for Power Boating enthusiasts, Fishermen, Ramblers, Cyclists, Golfers and Walkers alike.
Southwold is a traditional coastal village, famous for its brewery and old-fashioned seaside ambience. Lowestoft, with its Victorian architecture, is a re-surgent resort with many attractions for holiday-makers including the annual Air Show, as does Great Yarmouth with its theatres and famous Pier. Also worthy of a visit is the cathedral city of Norwich and the many quaint villages that fringe the Norfolk Broads. For more action and adventure, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is particularly popular with younger visitors.

We first visited this site in August 2013 and enjoyed it so much that we booked for 2014 whilst on site. The park has a touring area for 12 units and has its own toilet block, which is very clean but only has 1shower in each room. The pitches are landscaped and very clean. The club house has entertaiment and is dog friendly. There is an open air swimming pool on site. Access to the lovely dog friendly beach is a very short walk from the site. Staff are helpful and friendly. We are visiting again in August 2015. Well worth a visit.
