The indoor pool has an open session every morning (separate tariff) and may be booked by the hour during the afternoon. A small coffee-and-cake shop adjoins this area, where you can relax after

The cosy Bothy Restaurant has an outside deck for dining on balmy summer evenings, and extended opening hours during the high season. Here you can enjoy à la carte meals prepared by the resident chef. The Sunday lunches are very popular.
A frequent park and ride bus service will take you into the county town of Shrewsbury, making this a great base from which to explore the town. If you take your car, it is just a half hour’s drive to the south. Next to the reception area is a small coffee shop which has books and leaflets on places to visit. The reception sells milk and bread, and a Tesco supermarket is ten minutes away.
Leisure facilities are very good. You can fish on the lake for a small fee, and bowls are available from reception to use on the green. For a small charge, visitors can cool off after a game in the smart indoor swimming pool. For those who like to fish there are fly- and course-fishing pools.
Touring pitches are a decent size and are spread out around the site. A few seasonal spots are also available. Dogs must be kept on a lead and their owners must clean up after them.
