A small quiet park, family owned and supervised in beautiful rural setting.

It’s an ideal base for the south of Lake District National Park. Close to historic village of Cartmel and 2 miles from foot of Lake Windermere, 30 minutes from Junction 36 of M6.


We have 2 luxury holiday homes for hire on our small static park. Both are well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. Fully serviced with shower and toilet, central heating, TV, and kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave.


Touring caravans, motorhomes and tents are welcome. Electric hook ups (6amps) and hard standings are available. There is a 4 acre touring and tenting field and a smaller paddock area ideal for motor homes. The toilet blocks have showers, wash basins, hairdryers and shaver points and there are washing up facilities, and a fridge and freezer.


The static park is situated in the old farm orchard separate to the touring park, and has 18 privately owned holiday homes. If you are interested in owning a static caravan please contact us, as we do occasionally have vacant pitches or holiday homes for sale.
