Marlie Holiday Park is a beautiful countryside park perfectly situated between the villages of New Romney and Dymchurch; yet is just a short drive from the beach.
The Park is fantastic for families with many activities to keep the kids entertained, there is a safe adventure play area, not to mention play in the sports field, explore the adventure play area or splash around in the indoor heated leisure pool, which is being refurbished new for 2020! We expect this to be open at Easter.
There is no need to rush, just sit back and soak up the atmosphere in the family entertainment room or perhaps enjoy a quiet drink in the family bar, which has recently had a large refurbishment.
Marlie Holiday Park is a great place for nature lovers. Adjacent to the park is a site of special scientific interest and we are also home to a large colony of rabbits, plus one of our very own - Loopy Rabbit!

Marlie is situated between the historic villages of New Romney and Dymchurch. New Romney is just up the road with its stone built houses, quaint antique and craft shops and a beautiful beach with commanding views over the English Channel. Dymchurch is only three miles away, with its lively amusements and nearby sandy beach of St. Mary's Bay. Dover is a short drive away with its easy access to the coastline and its formidable white cliffs where the chalk hills of the North Downs reach the sea and have served as a bulwark against foreign invaders from time immemorial.

Not even worth 1 star the worst caravan park we have been to upon arrival check in was at 4 and everyone else was checking in but we couldn't as our key wasn't ready. Upon arrival there was blood in the toilet which was not nice. The worst caravan needs updating massively not even providing a human right of heating ( a fire don't even work)the place was absolutely freezing we ended up sleeping in dressing gowns. The double bed was broken and so uncomfortable, so much noise and music playing until 2am. We kept waking up freezing cold the place was dripping wet couldn't even see in the mirror all of our belongings were dripping wet to then make a complaint the lady at reception said that grade van means don't have to be warm so having no fire working or anything is perfectly OK? Even for a child to be shaking and coughing as they are so cold. Lady then said she would get the manager to call waiting and waiting we packed our bags to go. Then we see other people fully taking their belongings off site as they hated the staff and service that was provided which we can totally understand that after our bad experience. My husband went to reception the lady who said she was going to get the manager to call was the manager who said she couldn't do anything or even if we paid more for an upgrade all she offered was 15% off another break like why would we even do that with the poor service that has been provided not even offered a partial refund. Our first break since covid and wish we didn't bother waste of money waste of time disgusting park and staff! Wouldn't mind nothing is even open much so u need to be in your caravan but when it is a fridge/ uncomfortable it is an absolute joke! Clothing etc all wet condensation wasn't the word for it beds were wet even my phone was wet upon waking up luckily I have a waterproof case on it. You can't can't leave a child under them conditions! I will be putting a formal complaint in.

This park has become quite tatty, the best area kept up to scratch is the bar. The rubbish clearance isn't great. The 5 ladies showers are based in portacabains, which isn't necessarily bad, but they aren't kept clean. The whole shower/toilet/launderette area is a makeshift cabin on blocks arrangement.There were caravans pitched on the childrens play park for some reason. The water and waste areas were dirty, and we couldn't find the disabled shower, although I was told there was. The shop isn't stocked that well. This used to be a lovely family site, now its a place to avoid, which is a shame as our family love the area , and were considering buying a static home here in 3 years.

Marlie Farm has made some significant improvements in the last few years with changes to accommodation, facilities and management. We would encourage you to visit again as we feel you would see a very different park.
