Brilliant site for every body brilliant for Christmas and new year and bus are free new years they is something for every body all year round Christmas and new year this starts on 24 November and finishes on jan 6 the site it self is very clean showers and toilets clean every day also close to the sea lots of walks for the family and dogs they have a bus for motorhomes come to site but 5 min walk and u can catch the bus which is cheaper the pitcher are of a good size wardens are very help full play area for children they do stock some food on site but you do have Asda Morrison and tesco close by or us the bus £3:50 all day you have the zoo the castle and Edinburgh close by also idea for touring and good base to tour Scotland

We stayed here for three
days, we had to becouse we were picking our daughters up on our homeward journey,
otherwise we would have left.
On arrival the staff member at the office I felt was rude and impatient with a foreign visitor.
During my wife had to visit the office, and was so embarist by the way an exsisting German camper was treated, rude and no manners whatsoever, from the staff member.
On leaving the site my wife went to the office to complain about the way they treat people and was told that if she didnt like it there then to stay away and dont return.
I have cancelled my caravan club membership
I have rated 1 star as minus one is not an option

This is one of the best sites that my wife and myself have stayed in. We went for a short break in Febuary and enjoyed it so much that we will be returning as soon as time permits. Very clean and centeral for Edinburgh.

We have been coming to stay at this site from Germany for many years and had so far, been very happy there. It is a very well located and accessible site. It is well organized and facilities are kept clean at all times. However, an unpleasant encounter with staff of the site made us feel very unwelcome, particularly as guests of the country. We left the campsite before the end of our holiday last time, in August 2005. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this camp site.
