Lynton Camping and Caravanning Club Siteis in a beautiful location overlooking the coast in the heart of Exmoor National Park. The stunning surrounds of the park and immediate access to so many brilliant outdoor pursuits and activities makes us one of the most well-loved caravan parks in Devon.

We open from late March to late September, and have 105 pitches for motorhomes, caravans, and tents to come onto site and stay with us. Children and family pets are more than welcome – a play area and plenty of open space at the park and in the surrounding area means they’ll never be short of activities to wear them out – and we provide electric hook-ups and internet access for your convenience throughout your stay, as well as facilities including laundry, washing up, and chemical waste disposal.

Our park is extremely popular with walkers and hikers who love staying with us so they can explore the many stunning Exmoor cliff-top walks as well as the rest of the National Park. Lovers of cycling and horse riding can also find many opportunities to indulge their passion a short distance from the park. The close proximity to the sea and the prevalence of waterways that run through Exmoor mean that anglers love staying with us, too. We’re a park for everyone who loves the outdoors!

A short walk through the countryside will take you to the nearest town, Lynton, which sits beautifully overlooking the sea. Here, you will find everything you need to stay refreshed, including cafes, shops, restaurants, and public houses. It is one of the friendliest places you could wish to find in all of Devon, and returning guests often find themselves recognised and welcomed in the town like an old friend.

The Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway is water-powered which makes it a unique experience and a great opportunity to take photographs of the landscape, while the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway is also popular as it winds its way through narrow gorges and takes you up close and personal with the best of nature.

Other nearby attractions include Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, excellent options for family days out with activities and fun to be enjoyed by the whole family. A stay with us at Lynton Camping and Caravanning Club Site will provide you with an ideal gateway to the Devon coast and the rest of the county.

A lovely site, with friendly helpful staff. Cant thank them enough for their help. Great location for exploring the area. The facilities are dated, but more than adequate for anyones needs. Showers are lovely and hot. Great walks (hilly - expected for the area) from the site. Will return.

This is a quite site and the use of your car is essential at all times for shopping, eating out etc. the one thing that lets this site down is the toilet and shower facilities as they are in need of a total re-furb. You can be having a shower when suddenly the water STOPS sometimes for 2 mins then when returns could be freezing cold or hot.
The apperance of them are grubby even though they are cleaned daily.
We will not be returning to this site.
