Rowlands Wait is a quiet secluded privately run park situated in 8½ acres of outstanding natural beauty. Secluded but not isolated, it overlooks the beautiful Purbeck Hills and the picturesque village of Bere Regis in the heart of Thomas Hardy Country. It is conveniently situated mid-way between the county town of Dorchester and historic port of Poole with Europe's largest harbour.

The park is family-managed and carefully maintained and has direct access to woods and heathland offering walkers and cyclists varied routes and, for wildlife enthusiasts, opportunities to see many rare birds and animals. The park provides an ideal centre for easy exploration of Dorset's heritage.
