Directions

From M6 junction 34 take the A683 Kirkby Lonsdale Road through Melling and then the A687 to the centre of Burton in Lonsdale. Turn right for Bentham down Chapel Lane, at the bottom of the hill after crossing the River Greta turn left and follow signs for Ingleton, or from High Bentham take Robins Lane, Parkfoot is midway between High Bentham & Ingleton.
From M6 junction 36 take the A65 South via Kirkby Lonsdale, immediately after crossing the Iron Bridge at Ingleton turn right down Bentham Road. Or if approaching Ingleton from the South, continue on the A65 and you will find Bentham Road on the left just before leaving Ingleton as you approach the Iron Bridge.

We are perfectly placed for exploring the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland AONB with the stunning scenery these offer.

The surrounding landscape allows you to enjoy the friendly atmosphere of country villages and market towns with their local produce, farmers markets, shops, pubs and restaurants. Closest by are Bentham and Ingleton with Settle & Skipton to the east & Kirkby Lonsdale to the west. Ingleton has been a well-known tourist centre for over a century with its famous waterfalls walk & the dramatic caves of White Scar Caves & Ingleborough Cavern. The historic city of Lancaster and the diverse Lancashire Coast, with the attractions of Morecambe, or the elegance of Arnside are also within easy reach. Alternatively the historic Settle Carlisle railway is close by offering scenic trips over the Ribblehead viaduct.

This stunning landscape provides so much to do & see; possibilities include walking, pot-holing, cycling, bird watching, pony trekking, golfing or fishing is also available on your doorstep on a nearby stretch of the River Greta, excellent for salmon and trout.
