We have home from home amenities with dedicated shower blocks, family wet room and disability access bathroom. We also offer a camp kitchen, wetsuit shower and two herb gardens.
Our park hosts an adventure for all the family with a secret fairy garden, hedgehog home and wildlife galore!
Directions
From the M5 at Exeter, take the A30 as far as the Highgate Hill junction, leaving it on the A392. Follow the signs to Newquay airport. Half-a-mile after the airport, turn right at the T-junction, signposted Mawgan Porth & Padstow. Drive down the hill into Mawgan Porth & at the end of Mawgan Porth beach turn right by the crazy golf course. It’s a quarter mile to the S-bends & we are ½ mile beyond those on the left hand side.5 miles from Newquay, with its zoo, aquarium & harbour and 8 miles from Padstow you are in easy reach of all of Cornwall’s main attractions, whilst on our doorstep we have surfing, fishing, horse-riding, golf and so much more!
We are a beautiful ten-minute woodland walk to Mawgan Porth beach as well as being spoilt for choice on where to eat- from our frequent pop-up food vans here at the park to Off the Path Coffee Co as neighbours. Mawgan Porth seafront also offers a pub serving a range of proper Cornish ales and Catch Seafood for the freshest daily catches to enjoy while you watch a famous Cornish sunset.
Further inland is a must-see St Mawgan Tea Rooms for an endless choice of homemade cakes in a stunning setting lovingly cared for by Neil and Bonita.

"Had a great time, booked a pet friendly superior caravan, it was spacious, very clean and modern so would recommend. Reception we’re very helpful
When we had a problem with our hot water and was sorted quickly. The site is in a lovely position and only 10 min walk to Mawgan Porth and the south west coast path where we walked from so no need to use car all the time. It was a very relaxing break so wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."

"Arrived at Sun Haven to our pet friendly caravan which was spotlessly clean and sanitised. It was spot on for the two of us and our dog, had everything we needed for the weekend. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, sofa and lounge area all just what we needed. The walk down into Mawgan Porth was easy and direct and the bay provided food, drink and an amazing sunset.
We would like to thank all the staff at Sun Haven for making our weekend just ideal, nothing was too much trouble."

"This was the first time we had visited this site. Only having read reviews, we went with open minds.
What a pleasant surprise. From booking to departure the entire experience was fantastic.
Even before leaving home, we had a slight change of circumstances resulting in us not taking the dogs. When I called the site to advise them, a refund was offered and made immediately - a great start.
Arriving, the site was spotless and very inviting.
Booking in, the staff were tremendous. What a fantastic start.
The caravan was the only slight let down, don't get me wrong, that too was spotlessly clean and comfortable but slightly tired simply due to its age.
The site is relatively small making it so easy to get to the shop, the brilliant breakfast lodge and the mobile units selling pizzas, curries and other evening meals.
The caravans had plenty of space between each of them and parking is right next to the caravan - no trundling acoss paths etc when either unloading, loading or just returning from a day out.
We had just one question during the stay, it was answered immediately, again by a very courteous member of staff.
As a base for both local and further afield attractions - this site is bang on the money.
The surrounding beaches are perfect, there are quite a few cafes, restaurants etc that are local so if you don't want to use the kitchen, you don't have too!
Will we go there again - too true we will.
