Great position for beach and local shop, nice lay out,and helpful with my questions about dog groomers!everything as is said in description EXCEPT that if you are a tourer van/motor home,bear in mind you WILL be only 6 yards from kids kicking balls at your van and running into your windbreaks and breaking them!! Play area is too near to these plots,The static van kids all play way away from there parents vans so they annoy you till 10pm instead.Managers do,do a good job in trying to tell parents about this but having a basketball net on the play area does encourage ball games.
