Our lovely Club Site at Ashbourne is perfectly located for exploring the Peak District and the Derbyshire Dales. It is close to the market town after which it is named, which is known as the gateway to the delightful valley of Dovedale.

70 Pitches. Non-Members welcome. New for 2012 Self Catering Appartment: There's a new holiday apartment for 2012 at Ashbourne site, fully fitted to a very high standard.
Club Gold Accommodation
The property can accommodate up to four (2+2) using the sofa bed. The apartment is situated about 80 metres from the site with access to the children’s play area and other site facilities. So is ideal either separately or as part of a group with friends staying on the site.

There are a number of walks in the area – including the Tissington Trail, which follows the old railway line from Ashbourne to Parsley Hall – as well as a variety of outdoor pursuits. Nearby Carsington Water offers bird-watching, water sports and fishing facilities, while Poole’s Cavern and Buxton Country Park have 100 acres of woodland and the high-wire forest adventure Go Ape!
There’s more excitement at Alton Towers theme park, while for a more relaxed day out there are several National Trust properties and stately homes nearby, including Sudbury Hall; the 18th century mansion of Kedleston Hall; Haddon Hall; and Chatsworth House. Crich Tramway Village is also nearby, as is the spa town of Buxton with its magnificent architecture and world-famous opera house.
