Travel to Spain

It's around a 2-hour flight to Spain and extremely cheap and straightforward now the travel bans are all gone. Flying is definitely the quickest, cheapest and easiest way to get to Spain.

If, however, you’re mindful of your carbon footprint, you can get to Spain from the UK by ferry. It does take a lot longer but it’s an enjoyable way to travel that’s better for the environment. According to the Green Traveller, “Ferries to Spain depart from Portsmouth or Plymouth and go to Santander.  And it’s also possible to travel by train on the Eurostar from London St Pancras International Railway Station then change in Paris to catch a high-speed train to Figueres, Girona and Barcelona.” You could even stop over in France on your way!
