This was our third stay at Trelay Holiday Park, and it didn't disappoint again. The park is very well maintained and looks lovely. The staff are most helpful and respectful. The acid test I believe is would I stay at Trelay again in the future, and the answer is a definite YES.

We booked Trelay because we wanted to explore that area of Cornwall and we were impressed by the park and the customer service was excellent before, during and after the holiday. The park seams to be very dog friendly, really clean and well kept with helpful staff who recommend places to eat and visit locally. It's a very nice park, we have already recommended to friends and work colleagues who want to visit Cornwall.

We were phoned before the holiday to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion, why we chose Trelay, what was good to visit in the area, and if we had any questions. When we arrived we were welcomed, and told where our accommodation was. Once in the receptionist Jan called in on us to check we were happy with the accommodation, and if we had any queries or needed any help. Partway through the week we got a phone call checking we were happy with everything, or needed anything. We had a wonderful holiday, with beautiful weather. When we got home we had a call to check we had had a good time, and got home safely..
