Warwick Racecourse is a Caravan Club Site found within the popular racecourse itself. Open from late February to early January, this site welcomes members and non-members of the Caravan Club, though members will be given booking priority and the opportunity to enjoy significant discounts on their stay.

The caravan site offers a combination of tarmac and grass pitches, with 22 of the 55 pitches at the park hard standing. 10.4 metres is the maximum length of caravan or motorhome that will fit on the pitches.

A laundrette, toilet facilities, and motorhome waste disposal points are provided for guests to use during their stay, while there is a designated dog walking area close by for guests that have taken their family pets along for the holiday.

The park is a short drive from the M40 motorway, and a 15-minute walk from the centre of Warwick, enabling guests to enjoy the full range of wonderful activities offered in the area, whether they’re planning on spending the day close by or exploring further afield. On the doorstep of the site guests will find a nine hole public golf course, a driving range, and even an open field designated for flying model aircraft.

Those looking to simply be at one with the natural beauty of the area can enjoy miles of countryside and parkland walks, or take the same routes on a bicycle if they’re feeling energetic. Many guests enjoy taking a leisurely stroll along the Grand Union Canal and stopping for something to eat and a drink at the nearby Hatton Lock Café.

Towards the town centre of Warwick, the Hill Close Victorian Gardens are an amazing place to spend a few hours, while Warwick Castle is regarded as one of the very best medieval castles in the entire United Kingdom. Warwick also has a great range of shops, as well as a number of examples of stunning architecture, while for kids there are plenty of parks and open spaces to be enjoyed, which get particularly busy during the summer months.

Stratford-upon-Avon is a popular Warwickshire town and is easily reached from the park. Guests heading there can enjoy walking the famous Heritage Trail, visiting the theatre, or even taking a Shakespeare Bus Tour. Guests that don’t wish to take their car can use public transport to access a wide range of locations close to the park.

As well as Stratford-upon-Avon, the city of Birmingham proves a popular visiting point for guests staying at Warwick Racecourse Caravan Club Site. Birmingham is perfect for anyone that loves a diverse day out, with everything from modern chain stores to quaint independent shops on hand to browse, as well as culture, leisure, and entertainment offerings throughout the city.

Royal Leamington Spa is also close by, with a theatre as well as a range of museums and parkland offering a great day out for guests looking for a discovery adventure but preferring to relax while they’re doing it.

Warwick Racecourse Caravan Club Site is a wonderful place for a family break, offering a great foundation from which to explore the local area, as well as the rest of this charming part of the Midlands. Whether or not you belong to the Caravan Club, consider this site for your motorhome and caravan holidays in Warwickshire.
