Constable Burton Hall Caravan Park is situated in the beautiful mature parkland of Constable Burton Hall. Set behind the walls to the old deer park and extending across picturesque farmland, the spacious site gives a real sense of peace and tranquility. The site is perfectly placed for tourers from Southern England stopping off on their way to the Lake District or Scotland.
The Park has been designed to complement its beautiful surroundings.
It is within convenient walking distance of Constable Burton Hall, a fine Georgian house built in 1768 and is located on a level and well maintained field. The 10 acre site allows for 80 seasonal and 40 touring pitches and great care is taken to avoid overcrowding.
The Park's traditional buildings are all constructed from natural stone and the utilities block is housed in a modern conversion of a traditional 18th century stone deer barn.
A good all weather track leads from the main entrance to allow for easy access on and off the park.
There is no shop on site however the nearby town of Leyburn will provide all your needs. Opposite the park entrance is the Wyvill Arms. This traditional pub and restaurant offers fine food and an outside seating area.
We are happy to welcome dogs provided they are on a lead at all times and do not interfere with local farming. A dog walk is provided nearby and we ask that owners ensure that the park is kept clean for everyone's benefit.
