Bay Ness Farm is a small and picturesque holiday park found in a coastal location inside the iconic North York Moors National Park. This site sits above the beautiful Robin Hood’s Bay, offering inspirational views out across the North Sea as well as overlooking the surrounding countryside and parkland.

The holiday park is open all year, and guests are welcome with tents and touring caravans. Electric hook ups are available on a number of pitches, at a small additional charge. Seasonal pitches are available for guests to book during the busy season, while guests that fall in love with Bay Ness Farm and want to make it their regular holiday escape can take advantage of on-site caravan storage or even enquire about booking a year-long caravan pitch, to come and go from the campsite as they please, without towing.

Additional facilities provided for guests’ comfort include toilet and shower blocks, and washing up facilities.

Bay Ness Farm is adjacent to the North Yorks 4x4 Off Road Centre. The park is popular among campers with 4x4 all terrain vehicles, and the centre often runs club events at weekends, including time trials. These events are all family friendly and attract a large audience, and guests often choose a stay at Bay Ness Farm in order to attend one.

During your camping and caravan holidays on the North Yorkshire coast, it's wonderful to spend days at the beach, and that is the obvious thing to do when staying at the site. As well as beach holidays, Bay Ness Farm campsite guests always enjoy having the whole of the North York Moors at their disposal. Activities available across the national park include fishing, walking, cycling, and horse riding, while the more adventurous tourist can take on climbing, abseiling, and various other adrenaline fuelled pursuits.

You can take a short, picturesque walk into the village of Robin Hood’s Bay itself from Bay Ness Farm. There you will find a number of local shops, tea rooms, great restaurants and welcoming family pubs. The village is small, yet it can be a wonderful place to spend the day.

An added benefit of staying at Bay Ness Farm is that guests will find themselves between two of the most popular seaside resorts on the north coast of England; Scarborough and Whitby. Both towns have a range of things to do and places to visit, combining modern attractions like shopping centres and popular chain restaurants to locally run outlets and seafront favourites such as amusement arcades and fish and chip shops. Both towns have clean and popular beaches, and are ideal places to head for guests looking for somewhere a little livelier than the local village.

Guests who don’t mind driving a little further from Bay Ness Farm should consider spending a whole day out in Durham or York. Both cities are famous for their wonderful cathedrals and are places filled with fascinating history and heritage and both offer fun for the whole family. They’re inland, so these cities make ideal wet weather options or as places to go on those days when the coastal breeze is a little cooler than guests would like!

Bay Ness Farm is a brilliant camping site, and an ideal base for families who need a well placed base for exploring North Yorkshire, Cleveland, and County Durham, both up and down the coast as well as further inland.
