Fishery Creek Caravan & Camping Park is set in a beautiful and quiet location adjoining a tidal creek of Chichester Harbour; an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The Park pathways lead to easy walks and extensive viewing around and across this picturesque harbour.
Hayling Island has its own nature reserve as well as sailing, windsurfing, golf and fishing from the creek.
A slip way gives access to the harbour, yet only a five minute stroll will take you to the beach, local shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs.
Water points
The major coastal towns of Chichester, Portsmouth and Bournemouth, or the historic grandeur of the New Forest and the magnificence of the South Downs are all ready to be discovered.

first visit to this beautiful site and this wont be the last. Well maintained and well run, with excellent facilities and everything close by. The site cleverly manages to cater for those who want peace and quiet whilst having great play areas for the kids too. Very friendly and enjoyable times to be had here in this beautiful part of the country.

The pitching area is a very large virtually level open space. I would guess well over 100 pitches. We visited at the end of the season with the site virtually empty, so no idea what it is like when busy. On one side is a small lake, on another is the tidal creek, and on the third side is the islands Household Waste Disposal Site. Not a welcoming sight as you drive in for the first time, however, it did not seem to interfere with our enjoyment of the site. Very little has been done to landscape the area save for some small beds to attract butterflies.
The facilities are over to one side of the site making for quite a walk from some of the pitches. The washing / toilet block has a modern interior, is spacious and well maintained. The showers (free) are in a separate building. Again, modern and well maintained. (7, plus 1 disabled shower in both ladies and gents side.)
Behind the facilities buildings is a substantial children’s play area.
The reception also contains a small shop for your basics.
With pitch fees well over £20 / night, we felt it did not represent particularly good value for money.
To sum up: A competently run site, at the high end of the price range, but felt ‘soulless’ to me.

Set in a picturesque location adjoining a tidal creek off Chichester Harbour, this site has walks leading from it to the harbour, and extensive coastal views.... A short stroll takes you to a Blue Flag Beach, shops and restaurant....... The pitches are large and most of them are individually fenced.... They are equipped with electric hook ups and are accessed by Tarmac roads........ Ample water supplies are located at strategic points....... Two childrens play areas are provided, along with a Shop, Games Room and Laundry......... A Security Barrier operates at the site entrance.... The hot power showers are free , and to maintain cleanliness and privacy visitors staying on the site are given a security no to punch in to enter the showers.......... Cleaned regularly the block has disabled facilities, also shaver points , hairdryers and nappy changing areas..... Plenty of hot water is on hand for pot washing at extremely large sinks..... Follow the Hayling Island signs from A27. Cross the bridge from the mainland onto the Island, and carry on till you come to a roundabout.... Turn left and follow brown signs for Fishery Creek Campsite........ The site opening dates are March- Oct........ This is a lovely site for all sorts of holiday maker , be it tents caravans or motor homes........ We have been taking our annual holiday here for the last 20 yrs or so it is a wonderful place to be......
