Borlum Farm Caravan & Camping Site

Loch Ness Bay Camping at Borlum Farm is a family run touring park on a working hill farm overlooking Loch Ness in the village of Drumnadrochit in Inverness-shire. The farm stocks sheep and has its own BHS approved riding centre. The riding centre is a large indoor, all weather riding arena which makes it one of the leading equestrian centres in Scotland.
The central location of Drumnadrochit makes this caravan and camping park the ideal place from which to tour the Highlands.
On the flat, mown grass field near the indoor riding school we have created 25 new 10m x 10m hardstanding pitches (17 with electricity) for Caravans and Motorhomes. The pitches are designed in a horseshoe shape with a large grassy central area suitable for tents and smaller Campervans. There are two new toilet block facilities for Ladies and Gentlemen which are fitted with 3 showers to a block and have ample toilet, shaver points and washing facilities. There are also facilities for Disabled people. Free wi-fi is available right across the Park.
The free "Pot Wash" and coin operated laundry facilities (Washer and Dryer) are situated between the other two blocks.
Local shops are only half a mile away. A Scot Mid Store is open from 06:30 - 22:00hrs daily and the local Post Office also has a smaller mini market which is open for extended hours in the summer. Both premises sell a selection of everyday items and also sell alcohol. There is a cash point at the Coop.
There are also several places to eat within a half a mile which will suit most appetites and give you a taste of Scotland's Larder.

Urquhart Castle and the famous Loch Ness Exhibition Centre are approx 15 minutes walk from the Campsite. A walk across our fields to the shore of Loch Ness and a beautiful viewpoint is also only 15 minutes.
