Woodhouse Farm is a 56 acre park with spacious pitches and 2 course fishing lakes on site. Families are catered for with several play areas and dogs are welcome, with a 2 acre exercise area set aside for them.
We have a modern toilet block, a family/disabled shower room and new this year a family bathroom.
We have a well stocked licensed shop, with all the basics you require.
Woodhouse Barn, our on-site restaurant and bar, offers real ales and home cooked food, all purchased locally.
We also offer inexpensive off site parking for tourers between visits and winter storage is available.
Here at Woodhouse Holiday Homes are alos catered for with each pitch designed to give the maximum in space and privacy.

Fishing lakes
5 miles west of Ripon, 12 miles north of Harrogate, and 8 miles east of Pateley Bridge makes us accessible from all directions and yet located in a beautiful, peaceful, rural setting.
Ripon, Britain's smallest City, is famous for it's Cathedral which contains a rare Saxon Crypt reputedly built for St Wilfrid in 627 AD. A place for retaining old customs the City Wakeman, known as The Hornblower 'sets the Watch' in the Market Square each evening at 9 o'clock. An event unbroken in over 1000 years.
A bustling market takes place each Thursday.
For racegoers Ripon Racecourse offers superb flat racing throughout the summer and is known as the Garden Racecourse.

Woodhouse farm is a gem in the heart of North Yorkshire.
A small family run site, surrounded with rolling fields.
A well stocked fishing lake and a smaller lake just for the wildlife.
We have been visiting Woodhouse farm for over 30 year's, it's always been a clean & well kept site.
This is a farm site & you will often see cattle or sheep in some of the adjacent fields.
Caravan ownership is wonderful at Woodhouse farm, the staff are really friendly and helpful.
Ground rent is really good compared to other sites.
The woodland pitches are very quiet, even at peak season when the site is bustling with tourers with children.
The showers are clean and hot, the Barn serves a very nice pint to go with your meal too.
It's not a commercial site, if that's what your looking for.
But if you want to own a holliday home, somewhere nice and quiet then Woodhouse farm is the perfect site for you.

Seasonal for last year, park has gone down hill so will not be going back, Fine for families with young children plenty play ares but that is it. Even the fishing lakes where very poor last year. Staff not so friendly once you are seasonal. owners dog runs freely round park doing its business anywhere, bad reviews of pub and dirty shower block. Many more bad comments but im limited on this site.
