Welcome to Seaview Holiday Village, our small and friendly caravan holiday park in Cornwall close to Polperro and Looe on the stunning south coast.
Choose from our range of static caravans or chalets, including pet friendly options, and you’ll discover a great value self-catering holiday with pretty villages, wonderful beaches and breathtaking countryside close by.
Our name says it all – when you stay at Seaview you’ll enjoy superb views across fields to Talland Bay, and we are surrounded by glorious countryside. The park is a few minutes from the historic fishing villages of Polperro (just one mile) and Looe (three miles).
If you’re not out exploring the many amazing sights and attractions that Cornwall has to offer, there’s also plenty to do on park. Our indoor heated swimming pool is open every day and you can find tasty take-away or restaurant meals if you want to eat out too!
Great For Kids
Kids will love their holidays at Seaview, our new entertainment team host a packed programme of activities, fun and games designed to get everyone involved, whatever their age. See our weekly calendar available from the reception.
Great nights out start right here, with a lively mix of fun and games every night in our clubhouse. The kids kick it off in the early evening before it’s eyes down for cash bingo. Let us entertain you with some amazing cabaret, vocal performers and some of the best UK acts which run throughout the season or be entertained by our very own in-house team! If you want to party late, there’s something for everyone to enjoy as the curtain closes on the main stage.
NEW FOR 2018
In addition to our fab caravan and chalet accommodation, we have upgraded and added two NEW accommodation ranges – Premier and Pet Perfect Bungalows! Bring the whole family with you!
Seaview is not big or brash, but we are perfect for a relaxing, friendly getaway. With an indoor pool, spa bath, steam room and sauna; a games room and playgrounds, there is plenty to enjoy during the day.
For children, we have launched two new kids clubs, with a dedicated team providing games, crafts and fun throughout the week. Mini Meerkats (for 0-5s) features interactive stories, messy mornings and games with our guest star Sandy the Meerkat. Lookout Club (for 5-12s), will get your children out and about discovering local wildlife, competing across a range of sports or trying their hand at brand new activities.
At night we have food, fun and cabaret in our clubhouse, and entertainment from guests acts and star performers alongside our brilliant team.
There’s a hearty menu available in Schooners Restaurant & Bar and our own takeaway for those who want to stay in the comfort of their own holiday home.
The local seaside villages of Polperro and Looe are wonderfully atmospheric. Polperro is a former smuggler’s hideaway that has a pretty harbour and winding streets, and Looe is a historic port and fishing village with great big golden beaches.
There’s a whole host of activity providers within easy reach of Seaview. Popular excursions include boat trips from our local harbours, sea fishing, river tours and kayaking. There are many outstanding surfing specialists along the coast, and bodyboarding and stand-up paddle are also popular activities.

We've just bought a static caravan at Seaview and can't praise it highly enough. It's clean, super friendly, perfect for my four-year-old and dog friendly too. The staff can't do enough for you and the purchase was handled so smoothly. Here's to many happy memories there!

Lovely site. Just visited for a weekend break but want to go back for longer now. Such a friendly clean site. Only small compared to a lot of sites but had everything needed, pool, kids play area, mini golf, beautiful views and a nature reserve that my son loved playing in the long grass with the dogs. Clubhouse was lovely, very clean, staff were very friendly. Food available at a reasonable price. Evening entertainment was fantastic, from kids game time and party dances with in-house entertainer,Sian, who had so much energy and looked like she loved being there, which says a lot, and visiting act Dave banana (I think his name was) was a really enjoyable evening. Definitely visiting again
