Ideally situated in beautiful woodland and inter-spaced ponds. Only six miles from Scarborough and Filey and on the brink of the stunning North Yorkshire Moors National Park and the mellow Yorkshire Wolds.

The Park is secluded in mature trees and has a central duck pond which together form a natural habitat for over 60 recorded species for the dedicated bird watcher to observe. The trees also provide a pleasant walk for an evening stroll.
