This site is ok with big plots , water , electricity and TV all in one pole. The fishing is too easy, in fact the bottom lake is way way over stocked, you can put in a landing net and pull out at least a dozen or more with no trouble..The toilet block is good with power showers, BUT in the winter they are far too cold, as we found the heating only came on at certain times...NOT all day.
Difficult to find anyone for help with anything, and they only seemed interested in the seasonal vans...No proper receipts given , so not sure where the money goes to...some plots do flood but you are not told which ones..so pot luck if it rains hard..
They operate a day ticket fishing so anybody can ( and do ) just walk around the site looking into " empty " vans and awnings...so you could wake up to find complete strangers " anglers" right outside your van when they have a match..
We would NOT recommend this site if you have young children as there is nothing to do for them plus the lakes are " open " and inviting for youngsters ...
