This is one of the loveliest sites I have ever stayed on - pitches right next to a beautiful lake with mountains all around.

Most pitches had shade - all had views! The lake was lovely for swimming but there was also a small pool.

Toilets and showers were lovely and clean and the hot water was just right and always available.

Reception and small shop were incredibly friendly and helpful and the bar/restaurant was great with the same amazing views.

What I loved about this site was the relaxed atmosphere - no petty rules or wristbands, no life guards, bbq's appeared to be allowed and all the guests were well behaved and considerate (even the trumpet player next door but one was in tune!)

I almost don't want to recommend this site as it was so good I don't want it to become all popular and busy.
