We booked this park for a birthday bash mine being 65 and my wife 60th, they could not have been more helpful. arrived with 7 caravans and 1 tent to be shown onto the rally field.perfect for us all.
site is well maintained and you can see its a ongoing project, new reception ,good play area for the kids.
showers and toilets clean and well looked after, dish washing area, washing machines,
pond to walk around with ducks.
Didnt find the shop? cafe not there but
a great snack bar for breakfast ,brill
the only issue I have is the price per night £20 for pitch £5 for electric £5 for awning £8 extra adults .this I think is a little high.
There is a club on site but not part of the site, owned by some one else,
beer price very fair and nice people ,the only thing is the poor state of the toilets serious work needs to be done it lets the place down.
Karaoke on Sat night but very poorly run.14 of us sing and only 4 managed to get on because he didnt seem to know what he was doing.
only a short walk to the town and worth a visit.
all in all we enjoyed our weekend but would we go back I dont know.
