In Selsey, you are never too far from the beach for wonderful coastal walks and romantic sunsets. Relax on Selsey beach with lovely places to watch the fishing fleets coming in and a Lifeboat Station that's open for visitors in the summer. Church Norton Beach has a 13th century Chapel and a picturesque harbour.
Things to Do in the Area
Selsey, is also not far from West Wittering which has one of the best Blue Flag beaches in the country with a watersports centre, a beach cafe and the East Head Nature Reserve.
Medmerry Nature Reserve offers panoramic views of amazing landscapes for walkers and cyclists and is linked by public footpaths to neighbouring Pagham Harbour and the beautiful beaches of The Witterings.
Selsey Golf Club is situated next to the coast and features incredible views of the Downs from its beautiful and challenging 9-hole links-type course. There are other golf courses close-by.
The Roman city of Chichester with its many shops and restaurants and festival theatre is a short drive away.
Goodwood with it's horse racing and motor circuit meetings is situated in the nearby South Downs .
Portsmouth Historic Dockland is just half an hour away by car and well worth a visit to see the historic Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior. For shopping and restaurants, visit Gun Wharf Quays or nearby Southsea with its promenade, restaurants and hovercrafts to The Isle of Wight.
The South Downs National Park is a short distance away and is England's newest national park, designated on 31 March 2010. The park, covering an area of 1,627 square kilometres in southern England, stretches for 140 kilometres from Winchester in the west to Eastbourne in the east through the counties of Hampshire, West Sussex and East Sussex.

Two lovely, peaceful and friendly owners only parks which have everything nearby for a perfect family holiday or weekends in your home away from home. The beach and village are walking distance and the Southdowns, Chichester and Portsmouth- all offering a variety of things to do are nearby for children or visiting grandchildren.
