New Farm Caravan Site Cheshire is an adults only caravan park located about a 30- or 45-minute drive from Chester, that is open all year round.

Touring caravans and motorhomes are welcome to stay at the 18 hardstanding pitches, all of which have 16A electric hook-ups, water connections and domestic drainage. In addition, there are six grass pitches, all of which have 16A electric hook-ups. There is also a four-star, smartly appointed, bed and breakfast guest house, and each room has an en suite.

It is clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into the design and maintenance of New Farm Caravan Site Cheshire. There's a heated amenities block on site with showers, toilets and basins, plus Wi-Fi coverage around the pitches. For your peace of mind and security, there's CCTV and an access barrier.

As mentioned earlier, you can easily reach Chester when pitched at New Farm on your motorhome and caravan holidays. Chester Zoo, the city's 1000-year old cathedral, the Roman amphitheatre, Chester Racecourse and the Cheshire Military Museum are all well worth seeing, or walk the city walls and enjoy a tour of the city on a heritage bus or an open topped bus. Chester is also a top shopping destination.

Just over the border in Wales is Wrexham, which is only about a 40-minute drive from this campsite. Take in the impressive Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, visit Erddig Hall, a National Trust owner property near Wrexham, or enjoy time in the town itself, whether shopping or stopping for a bite to eat.

The Cheshire countryside is well worth some of your time when on holiday. At Delamere Forest you can ride on trails that criss-cross the forest – bikes are available to hire if you don't have one yourself. There is also a Go Ape! centre there, if something rather more high octane takes your fancy.

You're also only about a 10- or 15-minute drive from Oulton Park Circuit. There are regular race meetings here throughout the year for two- and four-wheeled racers, or have a go yourself on a trackday. Or wind the pace back a bit at Beeston Castle and Woodland Park, an English Heritage site less than a quarter of an hour from this campsite by car, or nearby Peckforton Castle. There's also a collection of well regarded golf courses in the local area.
