We were very disappointed to be told, that despite promoting itself as a family friendly campsite, children were no longer welcome and we were unable to stay.
*update... We have returned several times without our child now and are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem!
Art is a very friendly guy & makes you feel very welcome! Can't wait to stay again!

We are pleased that you are glad that we changed to adult only. Its not that we don't like children, we have three beautiful grand children of our own who live less than 200 m away, its just that we and some other campers want a tranquil campsite 24 hours a day every day they stay, and that's what we try to provide.

This is the second time at this site but don't think I'll return there again. The site is very compact and badly troubled with midgies... I was a little disappointed with the back up from the people running it - although a plus point is the fact that Wi-Fi is available at the reception area.
