The nearest village from Bryncoes is Sarn, which can be found a pleasant, 20-minute walk away down a country lane. Climbing, sailing, and fishing are among the other activities that can be enjoyed close by.

Golf lovers will find two 18-hole golf courses a short drive away, at Pwllheli and Abersoch. Pwllheli is also the main town found on the Llyn Peninsula, and has a range of leisure activities on offer for the whole family. These include a leisure centre and cinema, while there is also a marina and two supermarkets where guests can stock up on holiday essentials. Guests can also head into town to enquire about fishing and boating trips out into the Irish Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Those interested in the more adrenaline fuelled water activities available are encouraged to head into Abersoch, where jet skiing, wakeboarding and power boating are all available along the beach.

Away from the Llyn Peninsula, guests can enjoy access to the whole of Snowdonia National Park as well as to the popular seaside towns found along the north coast of Wales. There is a range of outdoor activities available across Snowdonia, with something for the whole family. Anyone feeling extra adventurous has the option of climbing Snowdon itself, although there is a train that travels close to the summit and a café nearby for anyone who wants to cheat or take a break!
