A most imaginatively landscaped site in 35 acres of woodland, with pitching in open groves linked by a snaking road which leads you round the site from Iron Horse Meadows to Poachers Paradise. Lovely caravan site in Dorchester, Dorset. There's so much to do in the area it's difficult to know where to begin - but with Weymouth's beach and numerous attractions only 8½ miles away - it's a recipe for a great holiday!

What a lovely site ! If you like nature then this site is for you. We had deer visiting us every night along with squirrels and rabbits. The toilets that other reviews stated were strange / smelly, we found to be clean and not as such a shock as expected. It was a little strange that the toilets and showers were in seperate blocks with a walk in-between them. The site itself is a credit to the wardens This as not put us off from returning next year, we can't wait to book a pitch. We ahd only booked for 7 nights but ended up staying for 14 !! It was that good.We would recommend this site to anyone.
